We read everything that arrives and aim to reply within a few business days. Factual corrections are prioritised over everything else.
What we can help with
- Calculation errors. If a result looks wrong, tell us what you entered and what you expected. This is the most valuable message we receive.
- Questions about the numbers — which formula we use and how a figure is derived.
- Factual corrections to any of our guides. Please include a source where you can.
- Bugs, broken links or display problems. Mention your browser and device so we can reproduce it.
- Advertising, partnership and press enquiries.
What we cannot help with
We cannot answer personal medical questions, and we will not try. We employ no doctor or nurse. We cannot tell you whether your weight is healthy for you, whether a symptom matters, or what you should do about it. Those questions need a provider who can see your history.
If you are having a medical emergency, do not email us. Contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
